How to opt in to text messages

Texting is optional. You can get help by calling (610) 362-5950 or emailing quotes@delcoplumbernow.com without ever agreeing to texts. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of using our service, getting a referral, or making any purchase.

To opt in, send a text message from your mobile phone to (610) 362-5950, either:

• a description and/or photos of your plumbing problem (for example "Running toilet in Havertown"), or
• exactly the word START.

By texting us, you agree to receive customer service text messages from Andrew Furman (Delco Plumber Now) at that number about your request: replies to your questions, preliminary price ranges, follow-up about connecting you with a plumber, and appointment coordination. We send texts only to people who text us first. We never send marketing or promotional texts.

After you opt in, you'll get this confirmation: "Delco Plumber Now (Andrew Furman): Thanks for texting! We'll reply about your plumbing request. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Message terms

• Program: Delco Plumber Now customer service texts from Andrew Furman, operating Aifurman LLC.
• Message frequency varies with your request, typically a few messages per request.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) at any time. You'll get one final confirmation and no more texts. Text START to opt back in.
• For help: reply HELP, call (610) 362-5950, or email hello@delcoplumbernow.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Price ranges in texts are preliminary estimates; the independent plumber confirms scope and final price. Texts are not monitored for emergencies: for gas smells or water near electrical, call 911 or your utility.

Plumber partner job alerts

Separate from customer texts: independent plumbers who join our partner program can choose to get job alerts by text from (610) 549-4523. To opt in, a plumber checks the optional box "text me job alerts at this number" on the partner sign-up form (unchecked by default; joining doesn't require it, and we can call or email jobs instead).

• What we send: a short alert for a screened job in your area (town, problem, timing); reply YESto take it or NO to pass. After a YES we text the homeowner's name and callback number.
• Message frequency varies with job volume and the volume you choose. Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP at any time; help: reply HELP, call (610) 362-5950 or emailhello@delcoplumbernow.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message consent is not shared with anyone. If you ask us to connect you with a plumber, we give that plumber your name, callback number, town, and a description of the problem only so they can contact you about your job.
